Cancellations
Please be courteous and cancel appointments 8-hours in advance. This allows other clients the opportunity for service and for us to fill that appointment. Missed appointments without proper notice will result in a $25 charge for the appointment.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service/products for any reason, contact us within 30 days and I will strive to make you happy. All sales are final on hair and no refunds are issued, though exchanges on items are gladly accepted.
